You are doing a wonderful job of collecting data and presenting it for end users. I beleive this can be enhanced if you can ask users or informers to put the numbers in the blog, this will help many for comparing prices across cities etc.
I am interested specifically in Baner,Aundh, pashan ( Pune ) area and wanted to know if there is any reliable information about the prices of apartments/open plot .
Well Quote prices are at least 25% higher than the strike price. But i agree Quotes will give you an approximation.
INMHO, Realty has not yet bottomed out, but then there are several Developers who are facing a crunch and they will SELL to raise cash.
Yes,
I agree that developers will face liquidity crunch and coming March end ,Banks will force small developers to pay their O/S balances and thus will create additional selling pressure for those developers.
What I meant in my previous comment is that, you have mentioned Pune area ( Aundh,Baner) price fall is the worst, I wanted to know if you have reliable numbers to support that arguement.
It will be very nice if you can post some numbers on this site which can be very useful for buyers like me.
Thanks
Sachin
