Prestige Shantiniketan Whitefield Tower Collapse

A Tower of Prestige Shantiniketan at Whitefield in Bangalore had collapsed and here are some pictures of the same.
We caution our readers about the quality of this project - Prestige Shantiniketan and this Developer - Prestige Constructions before buying their Dream Home.

what makes you caution on the builder, which has many other successful projects?

If he is reputed then why did the tower collapse ? Who would want to BUY their Dream House pouring their hard earned Savings in such a project even after after knowing what has happened? I wouldn't.

I agree with Kumar. The whisper doing rounds is that people are seeking withdrawal of their money from this Prestige Shantiniketan project.

This also coincides with the decline in property prices in Bangalore. I am not sure but what I have hard is Prestige is selling some Commercial Real Estate buildings let to IT companies [DELL] to fulfill its capital needs.

Hope the correction in prices be sharper and last longer.
