Unitech Homes - No Constrcution Activity

BNP Paribas analysts visited the sites of newly launched Unitech Homes projects and were shocked to find that the company has not launched any Construction Activity. Here is an excerpt from the report of various projects of Unitech Ltd.

I booked a flat in Unitech Uniworld gardens in Aug.I availed a pre launch discount as well.Then it was expected that the builder would launch the project in 2-3 weeks,But till date it has not been launched and they donot have an Approved MAP which is essential for getting bank loan from a nationalised bank.I went after brand name while booking with Unitech.But now I am really disappointed. Really stuck and dont know how will I manage to give 2nd installment to the builder.
