can u give me some idea about prices in HSR region, i investigated its comming around 2000 - 2200 Per/SF.

You must have shown desperation to BUY an apartment and that's why he quoted a higher price.<BR/><BR/>Hold cash if you have and you will get a good deal pretty soon. If you are going to BUY on Loan, then Good luck with 11% interest rate <BR/>:-)

I couldn't get any flat at 2500/Rs. Its a useless article. I checked the last price Purva Fountain Sqre was 2920/- Sq ft. He is quoting now 3100/-Rs /Sq ft<BR/><BR/>Where it has gone down. Please explain. I am waiting for the prices to go down so that I can invest....
