Yes,<BR/>I agree that developers will face liquidity crunch and coming March end ,Banks will force small developers to pay their O/S balances and thus will create additional selling pressure for those developers.<BR/><BR/>What I meant in my previous comment is that, you have mentioned Pune area ( Aundh,Baner) price fall is the worst, I wanted to know if you have reliable numbers to support that

Well Quote prices are at least 25% higher than the strike price. But i agree Quotes will give you an approximation.<BR/><BR/>INMHO, Realty has not yet bottomed out, but then there are several Developers who are facing a crunch and they will SELL to raise cash.
