I booked a flat in Unitech Uniworld gardens in Aug.I availed a pre launch discount as well.Then it was expected that the builder would launch the project in 2-3 weeks,But till date it has not been launched and they donot have an Approved MAP which is essential for getting bank loan from a nationalised bank.I went after brand name while booking with Unitech.But now I am really disappointed. Really
